It was a pleasure to attend the hashtag#FamilyLiaisonOfficersConference at Millenium Point in Birmingham on behalf of hashtag#MurderedAbroad yesterday.
Many FLO's have never had a homicide abroad case, and sharing our information and assuring the attendees we are there to assist them and the families of victims who are murdered abroad was very well recieved.
it was lovely to meet with the Family Liaison Officers who we have worked with collaboratively to support the families of homicide victims.
Whilst the delegates were in the auditorium, all of us who had individual stands and are part of hashtag#FLACSS were able to catch up with the progress individual organisations and charities that are supporting those affected by death in unforeseen circumstances are making.
